An 8 week course supporting women to understand their postpartum body, get strong for mum life, return safely to the exercise they love, while chatting to other mums and drinking coffee along the way.
It is different to other exercise group as it is lead by a specialist physiotherapist and combines education and exercise to better support your recovery.

Every Tuesday from 21st April - 16th June 2026
9.30am or 10.30am class times available
Held at Papamoa Community Centre
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum on the start date
Runtime is 45 minutes, an hour total including set up
About the Class
Sessions are varied from indoor pelvic floor/core workouts, beach frontpack session, buggy workouts and functional fitness.
Babies can lie on a mat next to you, be in a buggy/capsule or can join in to give you some extra weight training!
