This website is operated by Project Physio, located at 8A Hawea Street, Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only.

It does not:

  • Constitute medical advice

  • Replace a consultation with a registered physiotherapist

  • Create a therapist–patient relationship

You should seek personalised advice from a registered physiotherapist before acting on any information provided.

Our physiotherapists are registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and practise in accordance with New Zealand healthcare regulations.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online.

  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within one week of the consultation.

  • Payment is made via bank transfer.

  • If you are claiming through ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation), co-payments apply.

Unpaid invoices may be referred for debt recovery.

5. Privacy

We collect and store personal and health information in accordance with:

  • The Privacy Act 2020

  • The Health Information Privacy Code

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

All website content, including logos and written materials, is the intellectual property of Project Physio.
