The Postpartum Class

An 8 week course supporting women to understand their postpartum body, get strong for mum life, return safely to the exercise they love, while chatting to other mums and drinking coffee along the way.

It is different to other exercise group as it is lead by a specialist physiotherapist and combines education and exercise to better support your recovery.

Next block:

  • Tuesday 21st April - Tuesday 16th June

  • 9.30am or 10.30am groups

  • Papamoa Community Centre

  • Suitable from 6 weeks pp on the start date

  • $199 for the block

Sessions are varied from indoor pelvic floor/core workouts, beach frontpack session, buggy workouts and functional fitness.

Sessions are 45mins long but an hour total to allow set up time either side.

Babies can lie on a mat next to you, be in a buggy/capsule or can join in to give you some extra weight training!
